The building has 7 apartments, 3 of which are fully accessible on the ground floor, a large garden, a solarium, a barbecue area, a dog area, vegetable gardens and children's games area.

The building has 7 two-room apartments with 2/4 beds; all of them are very comfortable, spacious and well furnished. They consist of a living room-kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower; every apartment is equipped with: equipped kitchen - fridge-freezer - 4 electric burners - oven - dishes - iron and ironing board - hairdryer - autonomous heating - air conditioning -dishwasher - washing machine.
