Discover the World of Olive Oil at Our Olive Mill!
A unique experience to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of extra virgin olive oil! Discover the secrets of its production, taste the differences between olive varieties, and let yourself be enchanted by the authentic flavors of our land.

What We’ll Do:
A journey to discover "green gold," between tradition and innovation.

Visit to the production area: We will explore the olive mill and learn about the production process, from olives to bottle.
Comparison of old and new extraction methods: We will see the equipment of the past and modern technologies that ensure superior quality oil.
Video presentation: A short film will guide us through the history of olive cultivation and the importance of extra virgin olive oil for our nutrition.
Tasting of typical products: We will taste bruschetta dressed with oils made from different olive varieties, along with pâté and other artisanal products from the mill.
